I love a nice tasty salad and I love crispy croutons. I wanted to enjoy this salad syn free on EE, complete with a garlic and herb sauce, and luckily I managed it! I used wholemeal bread as my healthy extra B, but add 2.5 syns for the croutons if not.
You will need:-
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in the oven for 25 to 35 minutes
To make the croutons chop the bread into small squares and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Spray with low calorie spray and bake in the oven for 10-15 mins or until golden brown and crunchy
Mix the garlic clove with the yoghurt and mixed herbs and stir to make the dressing.
Lay the salad out on the plate and add the chicken, bacon and croutons. Add the dressing and enjoy!

3 tbsp fat free natural yoghurt
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
