Now that winter is upon us I love nothing more than a nice hot bowl of porridge in the morning. Some instant porridges are delicious but packed full of sugar and calories which means the breakfast you think is fairly healthy is actually almost as bad as a fry up! Natures Path are a family-run, passionately independent, sustainably-driven, deliciously-healthy organic food company that believes in "leaving the earth better than we found it". I have previously reviewed their gluten free bars and loved how delicious and filling they were so was looking forward to trying the porridge out.
It comes in 3 flavours- spiced apple, maple and original in easy to prepare sachets. I love how quick an easy it is to make, just add boiling water and you have a tasty filing breakfast ready for you. They are great to keep at work if you feel a bit peckish and are less than 120 calories in each sachet (meaning they are no more than 6 syns each!)
