If you haven't yet tasted my viral Boursin Traybake Recipe, what have you been doing? This is a new take on the creaminess of the Boursin cheese, but with chicken and chorizo.
The smokiness of the chorizo goes perfectly with the creamy cheese, you will not be able to get enough of this sauce!
It is really simple to make, and doesn't take too long to prepare. The whole family will absolutely love this recipe!
What is Boursin?
Boursin is the brand name of a type of Gournay cheese. It is a soft cheese with a flavour and texture somewhat similar to cream cheese, and is absolutely delicious!
It is really versatile and can be eaten on it's own or melted into sauces to make it extra creamy.
I served this dish with some new potatoes and vegetables, but it would also go really well with rice, pasta or a salad.
