Italian Pasta Salad Recipe | Low Calorie
Ingredients
- 250g cooked pasta of your choice
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- Handful of green olives, sliced in half
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 mozzarella ball, chopped into small chunks
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into small chunks
- 2 tbsp pesto
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl
- Mix well until all the ingredients are mixed and the pasta is coated in the pesto
Notes:
You can cut the salad and veggies however you choose, but I like little cubes.
