I love Coronation Chicken! This is a super tasty Slimming World Friendly version. The recipe makes up a batch that serves a few meals. I love it served on a jacket potato with loads of salad and veg. You could make this with less syns by swapping mayo with fat free fromage frais or quark.

You will need-
2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded (Check out my batch cook shredded chicken recipe!)
1 tablespoon of mango chutney
1 teaspoon of mild curry powder
2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of fat free plain yoghurt
juice and zest of half a lemon
salt and black pepper
Method-In a large bowl, mix the chutney, curry powder, mayo and yogurt together.
Add the shredded chicken and season to taste,
Serve with salads or on jacket potatoes!
